SARvision|Biologics version 4.5 is released

There are a number of features added to SARvision|Biologics to aid you in your discovery of Sequence Activity Relationships:

  1. We have improved peptide Smiles recognition functionality. SARvision|Biologics will now read beta-amino acids and identify macro-cyclic cross-links such as Lys-Asp, Lys-Glu, Cys-Cys and simple staples.

  2. Using mouse over in the sequence table, columns containing Smiles encoded structures can now be visualized. If the entire structure of the peptide is encoded in a Smiles column, then a simple mouse over will display the structure.

  3. Split your workspace vertically or horizontal so that two visualizations can be viewed side by side on the same screen.

  4. Added two new functions, to count the number of macrocyclic structures and identification of the position of ring closures

  5. When working with Antibodies it is now easy to change the reference sequences inside the template editor.

  6. A vertical scroll on the logo plot allows the user to zoom in to resolve low frequency residues in the Logo and Bar plots.

  7. Copy and paste for multiple contiguous cells in the DataTable such that data can be easily copied into other programs such as MS Excel.

  8. Unrecognized monomers can now be added directly from the sequence table view in SARvision|Biologics. This will make it easy for users to update the monomer / residue table with new monomers. The new monomer table can be exported under tools and used with new datasets.
